Please provide your order number, product name, and the reason for the refund request.
A refund will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card) used for the purchase. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund process to be completed.
We will only process refunds for orders that are canceled before we send you the QR code via email. Once the QR code has been sent via email or scanned, refunds or exchanges cannot be supported. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds for buyer’s remorse cannot be processed after the QR code has been sent. Please ensure to make your purchase after thoroughly reviewing all product details.
If you encounter any issues with our service while in Japan, we support refunds or exchanges only when the problem has been reported and verified by our Support Team. Our Support Team will assess whether the issue falls under our responsibility, and if applicable, initiate the refund process. Please note that refund requests made after returning to your home country without prior confirmation cannot be processed.
