These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided through the Ultra eSIM website. By clicking on the “I accept the Terms & Conditions” checkbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Nature of Services

Ultra eSIM (“Company”) provides an eSIM service (“eSIM”) to travelers visiting countries covered by our service, including but not limited to:

  • Europe & United Kingdom
  • Malaysia
  • Japan
  • Korea
  • USA
  • Taiwan
  • Indonesia
  • Vietnam
  • Australia
  • Australia & New Zealand
  • China & Macau
  • Hong Kong
  • Singapore
  • Thailand
  • South-east Asia
  • Asia

Fee and Charges

  • Fees for our Roaming Service are assessed starting from the Payment Date. Our fee schedule is posted on our Website and may be amended with prior notice.
  • Payment is required to place any booking. In case of an Invoice dispute, the customer must notify the Service Provider in writing at least 7 days prior to the payment due date.
  • Amounts not disputed or confirmed by a final court judgment shall be paid within 7 days. Ultra eSIM will endeavor to resolve disputes expeditiously and in good faith.

Cancellation

  • Payment can be canceled without penalty before the delivery of your eSIM QR Code.
  • Once the eSIM QR code is delivered, payment cannot be canceled. Refunds are only applicable in case of eSIM malfunction.

Policy for Fair Usage of Data Communication

  • Mobile network providers may limit data communication volume without prior notice to maintain network quality and fair usage.
  • In the event of usage restrictions, the Company bears no responsibility, and the customer must pay applicable usage fees to the Company.
